Well Purdue will have to settle for that. They never relinquished the #1 spot to UConn, good for them. They can hold onto that.

And if NEC Tournament champion Merrimack was eligible for the NCAA Tournament, FDU wouldn't have even made the tournament. 19-15 in the NEC. Crazy stat that their average height is 6' 1". My high school team is bigger than that.

I feel like a lot of college fans knew Purdue was pretty overrated but not like this. 7’4 POY and you lose to the shortest team in the country that didn’t even win their conference.
