Can’t believe Purdue lost to 16 seed. Have to imagine there will be some heavy St Patties drinking in Indiana tonight. Feel bad for their fans as that must be some mega pain.

Providence relied all season on driving out of control to the basket and having the bribed Big East officials bail them out with 20-30 FTs. Because of this they never learned how to run an offense against a good defensive team. Happens every year for them. They get ridiculously biased officiating in Big East and build an offense that relies on those calls, then they fall flat in NCAA when those refs are gone.

I think it's the Bennett Brauer factor that I find endearing.

He picked Providence over us in the Big East tourney, so he’s operating with a brain cell deficiency, but in this case he did perfectly fine.
