Or, how about:

Napier
Boatright
Giffey
Olander
Hayes

Giffey, Daniels and Obepka first off the bench ...

if we land either hayes or Obepka i would be very happy...

four guards = fast play with tons of points. would be like the old days...run and gun

I think Brendan Allen is going to see a nice increase in his PT.

It's going to be a very rough year no matter how you slice it at this point. i have a hard time seeing this team breaking .500. but, you never know. maybe we'll land a kid or two who expects to be there for several years and doesnt' mind the no tourney next season. or maybe there's a JUCO player out there who we could give a shot to?

Landing one would help this team have a shot to compete in the BE most nights. Landing both would help us forget all about Oriakhi & Scoe. I can't see us hanging in games late if we don't pick up at least one ready to play big. This assumes that Olander can stay out of foul trouble and give us a lot of minutes at the 4 and some at the 5 when needed. This also assumes Wolf can stay healthy, play at this level and not be the prototypical green post player who gives us 5 fouls in 10 minutes.

Losing Scoe is a huge blow since he was that flexible 4/3 combo that could give us a lot of minutes at the 4 if needed. Even with Scoe we needed to bring in another 4/5 combo or true 5. It's just hard to compete with out at least 2 experienced bigs. You need 3 who can rotate in and out of the line up and that 4th big to be ready to fill in to keep those 3 fresh and/or out of foul trouble. It's scary to think that Daniels could now find himself having to play some 4. Yikes!

Let's hope the staff can sell that Scoe's departure frees up a ton of PT at the 4 & 5 with Hayes and Obekpa. If both put immediate PT high as a priority and aren't as concerned about missing post season play for their first year, UConn becomes quite attractive. With Tyler as the only post player with experience who's not going to be able to play 40 minutes a game, (let's say he plays on average 25 to 30 minutes) what recruit wouldn't see a huge opportunity to get some of the 50 to 55 minutes up for grabs. Will either of these players be afraid to compete with Wolf? With Scoe, I can see them seeing that 50 to 55 shrink more to 25 to 30.

Let's hope losing Scoe can end up helping this team in the long run by landing one or both of these bigs.

The losses are on defense, not on offense. This team will have a tough time shutting other teams down.

I dont think Brendan Allen will play more still have Boat Bazz Omar Daniels Giffey thats plenty of perimeter players. Wolf is about to see a big uptick in his pt.

The best news about this lineup is that we don't have to speculate on if they can win a Championship this coming season.

I havent been hearing us much mentioned with Obekpa. Seems like its Cincy or St.Johns for him. Believe he is visiting Oregon this week.

I dont know a ton about Hayes recruitment really popped up out of no where.

At this point, I don't really care who plays. As long as they are fully committed to the team and JC and play unselfish basketball then I'm happy.

Hayes would be a great snag though.

if roscoe does leave, then we use what we have... a rebuilding year everyone works on their game, run some new sets, pocket the schollies and then go hard after the big recruits with the schollies

I was very surprised by the success of missouri this past season with a four guard lineup, minus the tournament collapse. I think that four guards and Olander could work.
