nope.Curious as to how many of you are donating for more priority points and to move up in selection process? I have.

You mean Beloved Casuals, don't you?Hartford is a better home court advantage than Gampel despite what the coach and Gampel fans think.
Too many boomers at both venues. LolHartford is a better home court advantage than Gampel despite what the coach and Gampel fans think.
I was told by UConn I would have to do two windows - one for each building.
Tight, normal, wide. What are the different seat widths you’ve found.
Tight, normal, wide.
The more you know...and here I thought XL seats were just extra large.
If this is true, why do you think that's the case? More fans? Haven't been to an XL game in years but will say the crowd sounded great on tv the last couple of games this year.Hartford is a better home court advantage than Gampel despite what the coach and Gampel fans think.
I don't buy that. Boomers tend to be diehards. We've been here for the entire journey from regional to national program. We were still going to games after Ollie went south. It's those that came after that have the bandwagon tendencies.Too many casual boomers.
The court itself is flipping too, likely to accommodate the lower level suite setup, so in theory once you get into the arena it will essentially feel the same.Gonna be super weird at the XL with the students on the opposite side we are used to
Its undisputedly better at Gampel. Half my section doesn't do the standing until we score at XL, despite my words of encourgement. If this is true, why do you think that's the case? More fans? Well sportsbook on student side. Bar area on non student side. I get it will look and feel similar but there are aspects that will take getting used toThe court itself is flipping too, likely to accommodate the lower level suite setup, so in theory once you get into the arena it will essentially feel the same.
sounds like you'd be more comfortable watching the game at home on the television. Love the fan police. There is no shortage of clueless, apathetic fans at any age at either venue.
- The 80 year old man that sits next to me at XL that yells at anybody who stand up in front of him.
- The 35 year old mom that sits a few rows in front of me at Gampel (occasionally) that stands up in middle of the game to make sure her kids don't spill food on themselves.
- The 20-something man in my aisle that decides to get up during live play, 30 seconds after a TV timeout. Same for the 40-something woman that was in my aisle for the Seton Hall game.
- The 50-something couple that gets up to leave with 1 minute left in a 3-point game against Villanova at XL.
And the students are such awesome fans that when football season rolls around, they can't figure out a way to the Rent. There is no shortage of clueless, apathetic fans at any age at either venue.

They can find the Rent. Some just can't find the entrance to the stadium and are forced to get drunk in the parking lot. The ones that make it in think that football is played in halves so after two periods, leave to meet up with their friends that couldn't find the entrance. And the students are such awesome fans that when football season rolls around, they can't figure out a way to the Rent.
Nice response but you completely missed the point. Next time, I'll type slower so maybe you can keep up.sounds like you'd be more comfortable watching the game at home on the television. Love the fan police.
just worry about the game and not what everyone else is doing.Nice response but you completely missed the point. Next time, I'll type slower so maybe you can keep up.
I know there are casual fans at both venues, but I gotta imagine you would get more at the XL due to ease of access. Gampel is more difficult for many to get to, especially on a week night. And I imagine there usually aren't as many students. Its undisputedly better at Gampel. Half my section doesn't do the standing until we score at XL, despite my words of encourgement.
Undefeated this season in Hartford. But Gampel did have tougher schedule. If this is true, why do you think that's the case? More fans? Haven't been to an XL game in years but will say the crowd sounded great on tv the last couple of games this year.
The students aren't exactly alone in this behavior. And the students are such awesome fans that when football season rolls around, they can't figure out a way to the Rent.
I agree and use the Syracuse and Georgetown games in January of 1990 as examples.Undefeated this season in Hartford. But Gampel did have tougher schedule.
Hartford in big games is much louder.
