In a sense your points make the very point against you. If Morgan was as dominating as you suggest Geno would have to be silly, foolish, stupid not to use her. As such it should be clear that there is something specifically in play that is preventing that from happening otherwise Geno would be doing using her as you suggest. Why do I say that: because the last thing Geno is is silly, foolish or stupid.

i certainly agree that geno is not stupid.

It seems like you asked a few times, whose minutes she could have taken.
There was no need for KML nor Stewie to play virtually the entire game.
Even Skylar noticed that the team was winded at the end.
She could have given Dolson a breather as well.
What is irking some posters (including myself)
Is that she seemed to be playing...really, really well
If a player is playing well, you can always find ways to use them.
Geez, wasn't she starting a few games ago?
I'm going to go back and have a look.
And if you ask me to...just trust them.
I just roll my eyes.
Sorry, the way I was brought up, can't help it.
Doesn't make us bad folks or even bad posters.
The world needs some skeptics.

well stated, especially the part about finding some way to use them.

IMHO, it wasn't even an option. You have Stewart making a difference. You have Dolson without a single foul. He's seen that three bigs will help rebounding, but not significantly. The 3 big line-up got somewhat exploited on the other end. Do you take Stewart or Dolson out of the game? If Stewart was having difficulty or Dolson in foul trouble Tuck plays. The Dolson/Stewart combo played 37 and 39 mins. I think Stokes justified her play time. It wasn't a case of being down on Tuck or forgetting about her.

it could be argued that in a hard fought game like that was, that 37 and 39 minutes is too much. especially when there is someone to spell them who had the kind of game morgan had against nd last week. dolson looked exhausted during parts of the second half.

Guess you could look at it a lot of different ways. I think Geno weighed who was more likely to exploit ND's bench players while Achonwa and Braker were out with foul trouble and went with trying to capitalize on their absence with Dolson and Stewart.

And the answer might possibly be Morgan with her nose for going inside, straight away

it is so very exasperating to not have a clue why morgan tuck played only 4+ minutes last night. and hardly anyone else seems to care much. she played so very well in the triple overtime game, and when she entered last night went straight to the hoop for 2 and 1. i'd say especially with the foul problems last night it's perplexing, but , no, it's more perplexing given her improved play. what the hell is going on?? i'm one of those fans that feels that fans deserve to have some info about these things. doesn't seem like many others here feel the same way. this girl makes an impact everytime she steps on the floor. what the hell is going on??
Have tried emailing Geno? If you want to know so bad, extend a little effort. We'll wait until you get back to us.

1. Morgan is still not 100 percent recovered from her injury (knee)

2. Geno doesn't have confidence that she can run within the offense

3. Morgan is number 3 or 4 of a 5 man rotation, which more than likely looks like this, Dolson, Stewart, Kiah Stokes, Morgan Tuck and Heather Buck.

4. Geno is keeping Morgan for the NCAA run and plans to "Release the Kracken" as his secret weapon.

UMMMMM YOU PLAY HER WHEN KML HAD FOUL TROUBLE, YOU PLAY HER WHEN BRIA HAD FOUL TROUBLE. CLEARLY YOU CAN PLAY DOLSON, TUCK AND STEWART AT THE 5, 4 AND 3 RESPECTIVELY.

AINT LIKE ANYONE WAS PLAYING GREAT IN THE FIRST HALF AND DIDNT DESERVE TO BE SUBBED OUT, TUCK DIDNT GET IN TIL MID-LATE 2ND HALF.

GEEZ, IF YOU HATE HER JUST ADMIT IT

You are trying to out coach Geno, and this is the second submission on the same thread that you cannot find your caps lock key.
Not trying to be rude to a new fan but this makes you look like new fans sound when screaming down in front. GEEZ...;)
