Flu delusions

I was looking for a haiku thread and getting ready for tip off in an hour.
Wife and I have both had severe flu - she took Thurs/Fri off, and now I don't have a clue what day it is.
So that's why you momentarily saw a haiku thread earlier.

Feel bad for you, flu shot didn’t work? There is some very nasty stuff going around and some of it is bad cold viruses which mimic the flu.

I was sick for about 3 weeks in January. First time in a couple of years. I don’t think it was the flu, I never had a temperature. Mostly zero energy.

Had the flu right around the new year. Knocked me on my @$$ for 10 days. Kids both caught it but mild. Wife escaped. First year without a flu shot in 12 years.
