GREAT effort by the team. Knocking off a 1 seed was a big ask and we came damn close. I know fans will be disappointed, but proud of the fight the team showed. It's a bit unfortunate we ended up an 8 seed, but shot ourselves in the foot with the Seton Hall and Colorado losses.

Hoping for great things in the future for Samson, Hassan, and Alex... (as well as Liam should he jump)...

Thought Hurley coached a good game but wish we did something different during that five minute scoring drought down the stretch.

We got what we wanted: an opportunity for the guys to go out on their own terms. We'll have a lot of regret to look back on in this game. But the men played like champions and thank you so much SJ, AK and and Hass. We lost the first 5 minutes and the last 5 minutes, and outplayed them the 30 in between. Just so unfortunate.

Disappointing how it all disappeared the last couple minutes, but this team fought like champs the whole game. Unfortunately our inconsistencies & weaknesses did us in.

Obviously not the season anybody expected but I’m proud of the guys today. There was pride in wearing a UConn jersey, and they almost just pulled off the biggest upset of the tournament

Can’t fault the effort or the gameplan. For most of the game, that was the best defense of the season. The offense generated good looks early, but we started 1-12 and 1-8 on mostly open threes. The second half was electric, but we needed to take advantage of the first half defense and build a buffer for the inevitable Florida run. We didn't make the shots that we needed to

Thank you to everyone graduating or going to the NBA, I’ll be rooting for these guys forever. Special shoutout Hassan and Samson, I’ve never seen them play harder than they did today
