Okay.... someone will know this. Maybe 15 years ago, we ended up getting a recruit whose final decision was down to Drake and UConn. I know he didn't pan out and transfered out of UConn pretty early in his college career.

Who was he??? I just remember he would have been a big recruit if he had chosen Drake. There was even a Drake hoops message board following his recruitment day by day.

Yep.....I just did some recruiting class research and found out it was him and came back to post it. He came in with Bazz, Lamb, Niels. He finished his career at Samford.

Had a chance to cash out my MLWichita bet when they were up 11 and put it on Drake with long odds to hedge my 3 parlays I have with Wichita. Thought they looked good so I didn't pull the trigger. Then Ubeze did the "go to sleep" gesture and Drake has come roaring back.
