I had Duke beating UCLA in the Elite 8 and going to the FF, as I had more faith in Duke's momentum than Cori's coaching.

Texas should have finished #2 They were the only team to beat UCLA and beat SC twice with the last win a total blowout. Just because they were in the final should not have elevated them from forth to number 2 based on the total beat down UCLA put on them. Beating UConn should not have elevated them that much since UConn was obviously over rated due to their unbeaten record before the tournament.
