It was on the way up and if the call pisses off Dave Portnoy then it's right call. Duke will always be annoying but Michigan is already annoying to a different level all of the sudden they have Michigan football fans jumping on their bandwagon like Portnoy.

So will.Duke get #1 in the East or South if things remain the same ?

Duke isn’t nearly as hateable as they used to be. Scheyer seems like a decent guy and the kids seem like good ones. These aren’t Ks BDs.

That UM team can’t hold a candle to UConn 24. They’d lose by 15. Guard play is C at best.

Yup his shooting was awful in this game especially with that missed layup late.
 
Unfortunately this all but cements them as a stone cold lock for #1 in the East. I badly hate them but they're too good to lose to anyone in the ACC outside of the top handful of teams and even if that happened it wouldn't offset this one.

My hatred goes all the way back to being a little kid watching Seton Hall with my dad and watching the refs steal the national championship away from them and give it to Michigan. Now I'm stuck out here in Chicago with Michigan fans saying they're Harvard academically and they have the best football and basketball programs. Some fans on our board think it's flattery Michigan is getting compared to UConn '24, I see it as an insult.

I was actually slightly pulling for Duke which I've never done before but really wanted the arena to swallow up both teams and fanbases.

Goaltend was the right call, IMO but Duke was of course getting most of the calls throughout the game. They always do.

Don’t get me wrong I love when they lose, was neutral in this one, as generally pull for anything that helps UConn.

Duke is going to finish overall 1 is gross.
