I find I hate Duke less than I used to because they are a basketball school.Really?
Don’t get me wrong I love when they lose, was neutral in this one, as generally pull for anything that helps UConn.
Duke is going to finish overall 1 is gross.
And then get one of the best defensive players in the country from an inter conference foe. When they have PN, Boozer, Maliq and Sarr out there that is an unreal defensive team.I can only imagine what Hurley could do with duke's elite prep/camp pipeline. It's crazy that they don't win more.
The east regional is in Washington. The committee is not moving Duke out of the east.So will.Duke get #1 in the East or South if things remain the same ?
“Was neutral in this one”Really?

Lmao, now Duke is the team 😂And then get one of the best defensive players in the country from an inter conference foe. When they have PN, Boozer, Maliq and Sarr out there that is an unreal defensive team.
You need a great lead PG to beat them.

My hatred goes all the way back to being a little kid watching Seton Hall with my dad and watching the refs steal the national championship away from them and give it to Michigan. Now I'm stuck out here in Chicago with Michigan fans saying they're Harvard academically and they have the best football and basketball programs. Some fans on our board think it's flattery Michigan is getting compared to UConn '24, I see it as an insult.
I was actually slightly pulling for Duke which I've never done before but really wanted the arena to swallow up both teams and fanbases.
Goaltend was the right call, IMO but Duke was of course getting most of the calls throughout the game. They always do.
Duke has earned the #1 seed in the East this season. They haven't always earned everything they've been given over the years. The east regional is in Washington. The committee is not moving Duke out of the east.
They've implemented a new but little known rule that gives Duke a bye directly to the FF. Teams in their region will be informed that they're unworthy of playing Duke but will instead be given a participation trophy for doing a terrific job this year. Both
lol…..what happened to best team in a generation??
You are so predictable
UConn was really the only competition they had for the east 1 seed and we would have needed to finish undefeated or with 1 maybe 2 losses. Even then though we would have needed help with Duke losing like 5 games. To get that one seed. At the beginning of the year we were most likely looking at the 1 in the west again but arz being great this year changed that.Duke has earned the #1 seed in the East this season. They haven't always earned everything they've been given over the years.
Do we want Illinois to win? Kinda lost here.UCLA gave up a 20-0 run to Illinois and is now winning with 12:00 to go.
LMFAO, Michigan has an elite team this year. To answer your question , since when is Michigan Basketball considered a blue blood? Um, never.
Boswell is back, but he has a big bandage(s) on his injured hand. That has to affect his play.Dent and Ivisic got hurt on the same possession
Fellow blue blood Michigan? In basketball? When did that happen?
They're probably close enough in seeding that I'd say no. Want everyone on the 1 or 2 line to lose at this point.Do we want Illinois to win? Kinda lost here.
Absolutely. From a likeability perspective, I do find them to be at the top of the list of the contenders this year. They're probably close enough in seeding that I'd say no. Want everyone on the 1 or 2 line to lose at this point.
The 6 is the big one.I think I have this right.
1, 2, 5, 7, 8, 9, 13, 16, 18, 19, 20, 21, 23, 24, lost this week
10 and 11 playing close ones now.
6 x 23 still to go today.
That rebound/save was clutch though.UCLA giving up way too many offensive rebs
