Favorite Huskies That People Forget About - (blog)

Oliver Macklin - One night in Ted's he asked my g/f at the time if she wanted to see why his nickname was "Meat"
We were all on campus the same time.. "Meat" was something else... Good dude all around though....

Personal faves who were not "stars" but had memorable careers

TRob
Kirk King
Rash
Rudy J
Marcus White (dude was Rodman briefly 02-03)

Guys who I loved and wanted to be better than they were...

Ajou
Doug Wrenn
Marcus Cox
Antric
Scott Hazelton
Boo Willingham
Q Hardnett
Cup Cormier

TRob. Great, often spectacular player. Very athletic. He was surrounded by all time Huskies like Okafor, Caron, Ben Gordon even Taliek. He did everything well and everything asked of him.

Darius Smith
Scottie Haralson
Love to remember some guys

Haralson! Was just thinking the other day about his entry into the 6 OT game and how, at the time, I thought he was going to go down in the annals as a hero in that game. Dude who everyone knew could shoot, who never plays, enters and hits a bunch of 3's. I think he went like 2-5 or something like that with either an airball or clean result.

And then he went and transferred to future conference mate Tulsa
