Cryptic, but pure genius nonetheless. I always thought capital letters and punctuation were overrated anyway.

Who'da thunk that e.e. cummings would return and start posting on the Boneyard? Love your work!

Does he know he can comment on other threads? Or does he think he has to post a new topic every time?
Interesting.

Answering in kind...

the one that still lights my fire is ricky moore/99vs duke whenhuskies were slipping in first half r. m. drove to hoop for 3 layins made duke adjust then buried a three when avery gave him room to hedge against the drive/put us back in game and allowed team to settle in.

Chapwilvaug knows what everyone else doesn't yet he doesn't know what everyone else does

I believe that's known as the completion backwards principle.

On the Ricky Moore theme....he was absolutely brilliant at the 1996 BET. There was a stretch where he scored 10 straight points and showed quickness matching Bazz and Kemba. To add to that, Bazz and Kemba never had to face talent at the level of Iverson.

Watched the game the other night and was amazed on how this team willed itself to a win. The supporting cast came up big when Ray Ray was down but the star fittingly closed the deal in the end.

Agree on Rickey in. 99
He took their PG out of the game. On O and D
How important was that .
Duke depended on dribble penetration to open it up for their big or kick back to their great shooter. Not only that he blew by him on offense, which established the fact that RM 's guy was not going to help doubling our shooters.. He was my MVP.

Best offensive push as a team was against duke in '04 to end the game. 12 consecutive points started by the three from Rashad in the corner where Natz said he "rattled it home!" After the game I remember Jay Bilas saying he liked the way Uconn scored the basketball, it reminded him of an NBA team with their efficiency down the stretch.
