Facey is at like 65% on the year and Brimah at like 68% or something stupid and so far they ahve only 7 shots tonight (5-7). Why dont we go down low more often? Especially if there is a height difference

Brimah. Foul trouble but yes totally agree. Facey. Brimah. Could be best one 2 punch since Okafor Boone.

TSam would rather get blocked by players/the rim than dish when he draws 3 defenders

Brimah and Facey have skinny arms and weak hands. They really don't have the ability to hold on to the ball when someone swings down hard on it. So, the lob into Brimah works well. Facey slithers in for stolen baskets. But neither has the bulk or hand strength to be go to post player a la Okafor.

They're both shooting that high of a percentage because most of the shots they take are layups or dunks. Neither of them have a particularly good post game (yet). I actually think its kind of annoying when every broadcaster begs UConn to go down low to Brimah every possession.

They should he has a nice book shot especially against guys 5 inches smaller than him. Unfortunately this was all just guys going one on 5 the whole game for uconn.

Amida isn't always in good position to get the ball and Facey seems to run from it. You need guys who create space to get them the ball while holding off the defender. Their FG% is good because of putbacks too which helps the #'s. Neither is someone you "need" to get the ball too as they can't even pass it back out to create offense. Only when they're in trouble. When AB is better at scoring and stronger in the paint that will be different but for now he and KF are what they are on offense.
