The Courant has a preseason section today. One article is a lengthy one on Stef....just excellent ...lots of new tidbits.

A really wonderful article. Like many fellow Boneyarders, I am extremely impressed with Stefanie not only because of her upbeat personality but also because of her work ethic and relentless determination to maximize her God-given basketball talents. This article confirms all the good things I have thought about her.

That makes two of us. She will be missed for both the outstanding player she developed into and for the fun personality she always displays.

A wonderful article on a great person......Basketball aside, Stephanie has successfully transformed herself into a lot more than just an athlete. She is a personality that we all love and admire.

I wish her nothing but continued success her senior year at UConn this season and in life in general.

What a great article with wonderful comments from family and friends. Loved KML's comment - “There has been a huge change in Stefanie,” teammate Kaleena Mosqueda-Lewis said. “I played with her when we were 16. She was Big Stef. She's Littler Stef now. She has turned into the best post in the country. She has set a higher standard for herself. And she has put our team on her back.”

I know the article was mostly about Stef's personality and growth, development and changes in her physique, but it's great seeing KML's confidence in "Littler Stef"!
