After any loss, I have a rule, no BY for two days. Then when I come back, I am selective of the threads I choose for a few days. It helps. Also I stay completely off ESPN, also for two days. Look... the losses we sustained were in great games, and by a hair, so nothing to be ashamed of or worried about in the long trajectory. What I am really worried about is the break up of the Big East, and our not being in a major conferenc any more. That's the big problem.
