Subs in early. Never saw Geno do this. Ever.
Subs in early. Never saw Geno do this. Ever.
They got enough film, it would not be fair to the starters to take a loss for no real reason. Geno once again being Geno proved his point.I hope he actually leaves the subs in for the rest of the game - win or lose. Regardless, this amount of game time will make great film for learning
Yeah I know- was just banking on the subs to find a way to win if they knew it was up to them. (I think they would) (against Tulsa)They got enough film, it would not be fair to the starters to take a loss for no real reason. Geno once again being Geno proved his point.
News flash Uconn coach actually knows what he's doing. Would you trust any if the players you all wanted to play in a big game, especially on defense. PleaseHonestly they look terrible...the subs I mean. I am glad he let them play, but they just showed why they don't play much, if at all. The terminology which comes to mind is self-confidence. Geno is a great coach, but he cannot make his players confident. You either have it or you don't. I really hope Meagan can finally breakout at some point and become that seventh player in the rotation.
But Stevens or Collier was always in there as well, and they scored almost all the points.I thought it was great. They played the whole second quarter and didn't lose any ground. Think about it, how many other teams could do that?
Against a lower level team ? ManyI thought it was great. They played the whole second quarter and didn't lose any ground. Think about it, how many other teams could do that?

Oh, he’s done it before.Subs in early. Never saw Geno do this. Ever.
Took out Diana & other starters vs Providence. I think it was a three point game at the time.Oh, he’s done it before.
LOLCan they still play without uniforms?
From your indignation here and the title of your thread, I'm wondering whether you're thinking that the discussions on BY "caused" Geno to do it? Hope so!Subs in early. Never saw Geno do this. Ever.
No that's Marisa's job. She brings the BY input to the game planning sessions.I somehow think that Geno has better things to do then read what a bunch of spoiled, overly concerned UConn fans (myself included) have to say.....
I don’t agree. I think he has a lot to with their confidence. Maybe he should stop putting them down in the press; that surely does not instill confidence.Honestly they look terrible...the subs I mean.
