Herbst is obviously a huge Ollie cheerleader I've not seen the same from Warde but I don't live up there so I don't see as much. Is this accurate?

Guy is a step up from Hathaway but so would 90% of us on the Boneyard. So far he seems to be more Tim Cook than Steve Jobs.

Thank you, Mrs. Manuel. I'd like to know what exactly he is responsible for, in your mind. Sign me up for that job.

The only decision I'm talking about is this one. I've read all the excuses about all the other things; I'm not talking about them. Yeah, I think he should have handled the initial contract differently and I wouldn't be surprised if that still has some influence about what's going on here, but if so, that just reinforces the importance that he get this thing right now. This one is 100% on him. His decision on the initial contract, his deal now. Herbst has made it 100% clear that it's Manuel's job, and I'm sure she has let him know that she expects him to do it.

I don't care if he has to put up KO billboards on the highways and fire up the Patoni kiln himself to replace the damned Gampel tiles in Ollie's image, but he absolutely cannot let KO get away, and he needs to start acting like he understands that.

Foolish.
