Same here. I really thought someone would give him a nudge and he'd correct the error after the commercial break, but nope.

If we are being honest, Meghan got this gig because UConn was ranked between 127 and 130 in the pre-season. CBS figured it was a good spot for training. Im happy that games I can’t get to are on tv. I am willing to suck it up And listen to poor announcers.

I know basketball broadcasts for unranked teams have commentators in the studio rather than at the game. It’s annoying because they miss a lot. I get that it’s cheaper for the network but there are a lot of bad announcers that just sit in a studio calling game after game.

Maybe we should have some college football guys call the bad WNBA games. Can you imagine the howling?

Well if we are being black and white, we do have 3 championships with a total of 4 in man's basketball. He just forgot to count the last one. If he had looked up he could have corrected his mistake the same way the crowd knew that TN had a triple double.
