I think that is the biggest question in the tourney. No one has beaten them at full strength in 2 years.
I agree that UConn has the best chance. ND does not have a talented 6'5" post who can shoot from the outside, as we do. ND's big weapon is the dribble drive into the paint, and Griner largely takes that away.
Beating ND, if we face them, will be as big a task as beating Baylor, or nearly so.
Well, ESPN interviewed BG during the selection show and it was clear that BG thought that no one has a chance of beating them!
I loved how she handled those questions. The more I see her the more I like her. Can't wait to root for her when she is tearing up the WNBA with Taurasi. Why would the guy even ask that dumb question? Did he really expect her to say that she thought that another team could beat her team? I liked the answer as she avoided answering by giving a silly answer.
That's like asking a boxer which other boxer could whip his ass. A confident athlete needs to have a sense of invincibility.
True they can't sleep on A&M either.ND better not sleep on South Carolina....or on Duke. I would not be shocked if they had to buy tickets to the final 4.
