In fairness I would say most of those are inadequate or inaccurate. Most of the teams on that list were 1 year dominators. 1998 Yanks, 1995-96 Bulls, 2008-09 FC Barcelona, 1985 Bears, etc. It's more accurate to compare them to the Wooden UCLA teams, 58-66 Celtics, etc etc. I don't think this team has lost a game in what - 16 years?

UConn, 49 - 53 Yankees, 79 - 83 Isalnders and 75 - 79 Canadiens should be on the main list before single season selections.

24 years in the Olympics--since before Stewie was born. 10 years in the World Cup.

Is it just me, or didn't the St. Louis Hawks, led by Bob Petit, win the NBA championship in 1959, thereby making this Celtics run inaccurate? I have the Cs winning 11 of 13 championships:

!957
1958
1960
1961
1962
1963
1964
1965
1966
1968
1969

The holes were the aforementioned 1959 Hawks and the Wilt the Stilt-fueled 1967 Sixers.

If they are going with single season teams, they missed the '72 Dolphins and the '03-'04 Arsenal (The Invincibles), both went undefeated throughout a season.

Both the (68-13) 1967 and (65-17) 1983 Sixers were among the best teams ever, with very solid starting lineups that included multiple Hall of Famers. The 1983 team went 12-1 in the playoffs and swept a Lakers team that included Magic.

Left out the Montreal Canadians, won ten Stanley Cup championships in 15 seasons from 1965 to 1979.
And the Cleveland Browns, played in 10 championship games from 1946 - 1955 and won 7 of them.
