I liked his approach versus a bigger guy..used his quickness advantage. He will provide a different look than Tarris but is he comfortable banging in the post and rebounding? I guess we will find out.

Maybe, but his game is more athleticism and less being a big physical presence. He's a nice compliment to Tarris' game. I'm looking forward to seeing what he can do against college players. If he's as good as he looks here, we will be a very dangerous team.

Clingan having to guard Adama in practice certainly escalated his development for sure.

Reibe is going to battle Tarris everyday in practice, getting destroyed by Tarris is going to improve Reibe's game for sure.

In the 5 games I watched he shot 44%. And his old FIBA games were around that too. I doubt it stays that low.... these numbers are from 1-2 years ago

Imagine if Johnson had a 3pt shot? Reibe does and can stretch the floor. He does not yet have a back down game down low and sometimes lowers the ball like Tarris but is working on that and a hook shot. He is better facing the basket but will certainly look at Clingan footage and work with Tarris and the trainers. Need one more big though.

Reibe is a game changer for us. So talented, when he gets his confidence at this level, he is going to be such an impactful player.

Will I get in trouble if I say that other than the 2 step-throughs, he actually didn’t create much space for himself and mostly was just hitting tough shots?

Great base to build on and he’ll have a year to get adjusted coming off the bench, prepping for a starting role in year 2. But I wouldn’t start comparing him to Adama, who was a reliable starter his first year

lol….his final five were UConn, Indiana, Kansas, Oregon, and Creighton. The kid was highly recruited and UConn was lucky to get him.

Earth shattering? No. Loads of potential? Yes.

He will struggle like all freshmen do with the speed and physicality of the college game, but this highlights the superior tools and footwork he has.
