At 6'1" and 245 I must have more muscle (I think it's muscle) than Cobb, he's too punny.

So you’re saying that he’s not as strong as you and that he’s too much of a cunning linguist?

Awful writing then

But if you drop 60lbs, you’re losing more than 2% body fat. It doesn’t make sense
I lost 54 lbs and didn’t lose 2% body fat. Can’t speak for anyone else but I didn’t.

It has to be a mistake. There is no way he is down to 2% body fat. And there is no way he lost all that weight and only lost 2% of his previous body fat. He would have had to be made up of almost all fat.

He was 280 and is 245. Lost 35 pounds. That's 13% of his total body weight. His fat was likely not more than 20% of his entire body weight before. So 2% of his body fat would be 1.12 pounds. Of that 35 pounds it's reasonable that the majority was fat, some is water, some is connective tissue, and hopefully very little was muscle.

The scales that measure body fat are often wrong. For example, to reduce your body fat drink lots of water before weighing yourself. Your total weight will go up, but your body fat % will go down.

If 54 pounds of fat is not 2% of your body fat, then you must weigh at least 2700 pounds.

You're right.

It doesn't make any sense in any context.

He's clearly lost more than 2% of his body fat and he's clearly not sitting at 2% body fat because he's not dead.

I was going to buy one with BF% because I need a new scale anyway but none of them seem to be accurate according to everything I've read. It said they're somewhat accurate for ectomorph body types but if you have a different build then you're better off with hydrostatics or calipers

Cobb weighs 226 and is 2% body fat. So Cobb has less body fat % than any pro bodybuilder when they go on stage. Incredible!
