Dont need wings!!!
We certainly do especially if Braylon doesn’t return. Landrew looks real good but he’s a freshman, never know!

He played more at the four than he otherwise would have because Powell was hurt much of the time. When he was on the floor with Powell, he guarded the 3.He would play the 4 here like he did at PC.
He is going to lsuI believe Cloer is coming off and injury and I would much rather have a proven kid replacing Alex than a freshman
Braylon is staying, will be top 5 next yearWe certainly do especially if Braylon doesn’t return. Landrew looks real good but he’s a freshman, never know!
Why so sure? A NC kid that was targeting his families alma mater is going to follow a swashbuckling coach to Louisiana? I'm saying he's not going to LSU. He wouldn't have opened his recruitment back up and portaled if it was that easy. I think he either stays at NC St depending on coach or goes to UNC depending on coach. He is going to lsu

We would need 1-2 big time additions to be a true top 5 team.Braylon is staying, will be top 5 next year
The fact that there's a realistic chance that Demary/Ball/Mullins/Ross/Reibe/Stewart/Furphy might all come back and we are in the Final Freakin Four gets me so freakin' giddy.Hoping this to be true. He can have a special 2nd year I believe.

Explain the math. We might be losing one freshman wing, to be replaced by another freshman wing, who could be a better fit. On top of that all of our other wings are a year older. Ross, Furphy, Ball, Stewart, Landrew all can play the 3. What quality wing wants to step into that.We certainly do especially if Braylon doesn’t return. What do you think we did this year? Its the exact same lineup. Landrew is probably a better fit as he can shoot hte 3 and has the power to actually finish at the rim. Landrew is the guy Hurley wanted over everyone. How is this wing situataion different from last year. AND we may retain Mullins. We need dudes who can handle the ball, penetrate and create. As well as bigs. Not wings. How do you figure? You putting all of your eggs into a Landrew, Ross, Furphy, Stew collective is an easy way to wish he had someone who has actually produced.
We have a s*it ton of wings. We only have one big and one pg. We brought in 4 pgs this year and we are losing 2 of them and we are losing our 2 bigs. Point guards and bigs. Not wings. Y'all are horrible GMs.I thought wings were one of the early sources of mojo.

On the road again - Cooley seeing the floodgates open. Our guy is taking the AJ Storr path it appears.

I think he's like a College of Charleston or UNC Wilmington levelI'm curious how much interest he gets. His best selling point is that he started his career at UConn.
Abraham enters the portal after a year at Georgetown. I say it every time. I’ve never missed a single guy who’s transferred out of here.

"Anything" is pretty broad. Some guys had decent careers at other places. But that we missed or needed them to stay? I can't think of a single one.Can we think of anyone that transferred out of here that amounted to anything?
Was impactful in a tournament win/run? Like I don't consider Diggins a success at UMass, at all. Gaffney came off the bench for that FAU team I believe, doesn't really count."Anything" is pretty broad. Some guys had decent careers at other places. But that we missed or needed them to stay? Diggins averaged 12.8ppg, basically 37% from deep his junior year at UMass. Averaged just under 17ppg his senior year, shooting splits dropped but only because he was forced to chuck 3s at the end of the shot clock at lot (he took almost 9 per game.) Idk how that isn't a successful end to his career when he was their main option on offense. Was impactful in a tournament win/run? Like I don't consider Diggins a success at UMass, at all. Reaches. When I say success, I'm talking about something that looks like we made the wrong move letting them go. That UMass team was awful.Diggins averaged 12.8ppg, basically 37% from deep his junior year at UMass. Gaffney started over half the games in his FAU career (41/72) including 23/38 games on a team that made the Final Four (he played 22.5mpg on that team as well.) He never put up huge numbers for them but was a solid player his senior season shooting 39% from deep for a team that at least made the tournament.
We obviously didn't miss either but to say neither found success is a little ridiculous to me.
