just in time for election day. Go figure. Just heard the news CL&P 98% by Monday night and UI 95 % up by Monday night. There are over 2000 line people coming in to bail us out. See you Friday at Gampel.

A week to restore power doesn't seem much of an improvement over a week to restore power following Irene and Alfred. The only improvement that I've seen is CL&P's new PR flack. The guy was born to the job. After this gig he'll make an excellent politician.

Can you tell I'm still w/o power and have no clue when we will get it back?

The devastation is overwhelming and there is loss of life. So many are without their homes, they have nothing. I know that being without power is inconvenient, but given the scope of this event, how can you expect anything to be "better"?

Just heard that all the CL&P crews were pulled from Fairfield County on Tuesday and sent to NJ and NYC. Westport has one crew - downtown not expected Tyler Phommachanh be up until Friday at a minimum and most of Westport will be next week. CL&P really screwed us.
