Still early, hopefully I'm not jinxing the game. Down 6 @ under 16 timeout vs. Temple. Temple looks the better team, Duke is having a lot of trouble with penetration.

Probably on one of the ESPNS. I'm watching here

BTW, props to Duke for playing an away game vs. an A10 team.

Edit. Neutral floor but its in Philly, very pro Temple crowd

Not to be particular but it is spelled dook.

There are so many teams that can beat you if you have an off night this year as we just learned.
Just got to get it together in the next 2 months.

WE ARE DOOMED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Huskies could learn a thing or two from watching Owls. Their intensity was what Calhoun is always looking for. They had several slapaways and steals which were essentially the product of unrelenting defense. They were also pretty patient on offense, and able to make some big threes. Love to see Ratface walk out a loser.

My favorite aspect of the RPI is how heavily it weighs road wins, because it creates a big incentive for even the top teams to go on the road, and you get games like last night's Duke/Temple game.

I have honestly been surprised by Duke this year because I expected them to not even be a Top 25 team, but they have some decent wins (Kansas, Michigan, Michigan State). I think Rivers is not nearly as good as the hype and the rest of the team is pretty mediocre. I have to give Coach K credit for winning with this crew, but I still think they lose 7-8 games by Selection Sunday and will be lucky to make the Sweet 16.

This proves that the tourney this year will be wide open. Everyone is losing, and the undefeated teams remaining will soon follow. Like UConn last year whoever is confident, hot and lucky in March will have the best chance, irrespective of roster talent and coaching, in April.
