Instant classic. Lead changed hands 10 times and the good guys fought & scrapped for a memorable win. Fagnano was tremendous and our other playmakers were there when we needed them, including Skyler who caught the game-winning TD.

38,106 announced attendance and that seems pretty accurate because I haven't seen the Rent that packed since our Big East days (except for Michigan in 2013 when they added bleachers around the jumbotron), nor have I seen an atmosphere like that for an evening home game in a long time.

What a great win all around for UConn football today.

The fans were great!!! Just like the old days!!!

I am not sure I have a voice left after today. The refs were questionable with the Bell call for celebration when he sat down and spun the football. How about he offensive pass interference on which was a block at all or a penalty

Had a first timer with us, and she didn't understand anything, but cheered the entire game

What ends up being huge is the great play by the holder on the bad snap for Freeman's 29-yard field goal. Without that maybe we're going into the dreaded overtime again.
Who knew at the time that would a key play of the game!!!!

It took Curt Cignetti a few months to take laughingstock Indiana football to top 10 in the country, and #2 in the country his second season.
Curt brought in a lot of his own players from James Madison. That is one advantages being a coach in the new system since the players can transfer with you. The same thing happened at Vanderbilt when they hired offensive coordinator. The other thing you need is NIL. Elite Players will not play for free.

There r no words-energized crowd that the players fed off, a tenacious offense that had them at third and and 1 often and a darth vader officiating crew that never stopped turning the screws against the home team. Joe F was incredible-unflinching, incredible pocket presence. I’m sorry for every negative comment I made about him earlier. There was so much energy in that building today-it was impossible to leave after celebrating on the field. Pack the rent next week-this team deserves it-

So proud of this team, what a great game. Instead of my usual spot in the northwest corner of the stadium, I was invited to watch this game in a suite (which happens rarely). While that was cool and all, I definitely did not get the full experience of this outstanding game! I'll be back outside next week 😄

If you’ve had season tickets the last two season, that’s money and time well spent. Today was awesome with the weather, crowd, tailgate and win.

Fagnano’s 2 pt conversion was as gutty as it gets.

Last week, I counted and at halftime there were 97 students. They showed up and stayed today and they set the tone for everyone else. Keep coming, kids.

Game balls to

Fagnano 27 of 39 for 311, no turnovers , 3 TD's and a QB rating of 161

Murphy & Bell combine for 15 reps for 197 yards and 2 TD's

Parnham with a sack and INT

And even though Freeman missed one, he still made 3 clutch field goals

Honorable mention, Pringle with a key INT
Rewatching the game as I read your post.. There's 12:20 left in the 2nd Qtr, we're down 14-10 and Joe is 6 of 12 for 85 yds and 1 TD.

21-27 for 226 and 2 TD's the rest of the way. Also his 51 rushing yards tied him for team lead with Cam.
