Didn't see that mentioned anywhere else. 'Nova is 3-0 but this hast to be considered surprising I think.

An UN-ranked Villanova. Duke was ranked #11 to begin the week. Losing to an unranked team should drop them at least 10 spots.

A bit draconian, no? Extremely rare for a team to drop that far on one loss.

Duke was picked to win by 9, so an upset, but not a major one. They should drop, but not much.

Speaking of movement, Michigan State won by 60 points or so - they were expected to win but not by close to that much so it would be neat if they got ranked.

They began the week just outside the top 25 @ #30 in the AP. They got 6 votes.

They fell 5 spots to #16.

Villanova's website has quotes from the post-game presser. JPM seems to have taken this one better than some past losses.
