For those of us growing up on the water it looks pretty darn nice.

Icebear's view of growing up on the water....

Manhattan Beach is very nice and peaceful. Nearly all of the LA Kings players live there.
Only negative about the place is that the homes are on top of each other and your place better have enough parking because parking isnt the easiest on the streets. MB is a short drive to LAX so I cans see Geno hanging out while DT is overseas.
Parking is actually considered a plus by MB residents. All beaches in CA are public, but there is no public beach parking in MB - the residents can park at their own houses and there is very little else, so it simulates a "private" beach.

That is not a $3 million view.
You can see the ocean. :) If you want to see the ocean without other roof tops, the price jumps to about $10M. It's the high rent district.

Have you seen the new luxury condos in the sky in NYC? The penthouse at 1200' on W. 57th is going for $90M. Think Russian billionaires.

House doesn't sound big enough for her parents to move in with her. Large Price Tag, Small Foot Print.

I assume her parents will move in with her.

Agree - this is a party/chill house at the beach, not a "parents move in" estate
