Ah, just what I wanted to see. More discussion of the twenty-teens decade.

I don't know if HCJC and his staff have a plan or not, and I really don't care. My guess is that they are still figuring our what kind of of personnel they have and are making decisions based on what seems to make the most sense. Not a whole lot of time to analyze. This building a new team every year must be a form of chaos. But they will sort it out.

Candle seems the exact opposite of Diaco. There is an adult in the room with many years of head coaching success.
Be wary of the guys who interview at many places and dont get a job. If i recall BC passed on Diaco and you would think he would have been a perfect hire for them - from the outside looking in. They knew what they were doing.

This year was unique. New coach, new staff, new team. At least next year there will be some continuity. I'm very impressed with the staff and players from what I've read.
 
Too much emphasis on qb. He needs to be good and a leader. But you need everything - pats got qb right, but OL still a work in progress so maye looks lost in sb. You need wrs. Darnold sucked. Then he’s got JJ and then JSN and now he’s a mvp.

This year we are starting everything from scratch. We need lots of positions to be right. Gonna be fascinating to watch.

Agreed. When you say, correctly, that you need everything to go right, that also means that you need nothing to go wrong. With as many new pieces as we have, it'll be a huge challenge to get everything right. Like you, I'm looking forward to see what we have and how good we can possibly be.

We have some potential there to be quite good. Like what I saw of Osborn in his bowl game vs Louisville, and he may not be the #1 here.
