Dom Amore: Jason Candle’s whirlwind rebuild yields a whole new UConn football team

I like what you say, but so many bought into Diaco... Coach Candle seams to not talk about fantasies like fish cakes. Warde stubbed his toe on that one. Dave had a list and did not hesitate to use it. I'm all in with seasons tickets, this with a completely new team and very challenging schedule. Go Huskies light up The Candle Challenge!
Yes, But did he bring in RKGs

Ah, just what I wanted to see. More discussion of the twenty-teens decade.

I don't know if HCJC and his staff have a plan or not, and I really don't care. My guess is that they are still figuring our what kind of of personnel they have and are making decisions based on what seems to make the most sense. Not a whole lot of time to analyze. This building a new team every year must be a form of chaos. But they will sort it out.

.-.
He was a used car salesman who was an Edsal in human life form. After getting spurned by Narduzzi and slamming a few vodkas back, Manuel decided to play some roulette and lost badly.
Candle seems the exact opposite of Diaco. There is an adult in the room with many years of head coaching success.
Be wary of the guys who interview at many places and dont get a job. If i recall BC passed on Diaco and you would think he would have been a perfect hire for them - from the outside looking in. They knew what they were doing.
Edsal the coach or Edsel the car? You threw me off following up used car salesman with that

This year was unique. New coach, new staff, new team. At least next year there will be some continuity. I'm very impressed with the staff and players from what I've read.
