Does KO have a problem on this hands

I'm a big Giffey guy and I was with you...until you got here. He's not a much more effective player than Omar. Sometimes, yes. But overall, and with an eye to the future, no. Not at all. If I'm KO I tell Giffey to shoot the ball when he's open. But the guy I really try to get off the dime is Omar. I don't run plays for Giffey, I run plays for Omar looking for 10-12 footers. Long term, that's going to be much more important.

Last night it needed to be more Giffey and DD and less Omar and Niels........if you switch the 28 minutes vs 17 you win.........

That was the combo I saw working best last night. The opening of the cut under DD's chin was a major factor in the game that people are not emphasizing. But then again they never saw what Chuck brought to the table!:)

Maybe Blaney was in charge of substitutions, and once again forgot who had been in for how long, like he seemed to do every game last year.

I wish we had Oriakhi's dad to tweet us what the problem was.

You have to wonder why Michael Bradley left. It's very obvious that the PT would be there for him, at least enough to get an audition for the rotation.

Daniels is a very, very good offensive player when he isn't chucking 3's. If he just stayed inside the arc, he would average over 10ppg. He is so quick and athletic that I can not think of any 4 outside maybe Louisville that can cover him 1 on 1 inside the arc. Daniels chooses to make himself defendable when he starts chucking 3's.

Defensively, Daniels needs some work.

He got a quick hook at the beginning of the game on a baseline drive. It was a football play as DD got the ball and was thinking of only one thing, going to the goal, No one else existed. Well he drove to the hoop got stopped and Ollie yanked him (Calhoun like). Not sure if that hook got in his head, but it looked like the injury kept him out, although Coach referenced rebounding. Kid is in a tough spot as the 4. Calhoun is not making many baskets either but DD's misses seem to get more attention and reaction. To me, neither player is playing that well consistently, regardless of stats.

I actually think he's a pretty good defender for his size and can guard.....problem is he can't get through screens and gets bumped out a lot because he's rail thin.....but with strength could be a problem for the opponents offense on the other end.

If you go back and watch the game the weakest defender by far is OC. He still learning how to play D1 defense. When we go to the 2-3 zone. We need DD and NG to be on the back line. Evans and OC are just to small and both are poor rebounders.

Wanted to be closer to family. I think that he may have had an ailing grandmother. It's a shame. I think he would have had a decent year.

I just looked at his JUCO stats, and they are pretty average. His team has played in 12 games so far and he's only played in 5, and hasn't started any. Kind of weird, as I think he was placed there by the WKU coach, so I would assume everyone thought he would get PT. I don't think he ended up signing with WKU, however.
