I was considering DirecTV, but they had so many add ons (an extra $10 per month if you want your DVR to actually record shows) that I looked into Dish. they are actually less expensive for most plans, and don't have all the add ons that DirecTV has. Also, you can lock your pricing in for 3 years instead of 1 year with DirecTV. Both have a 2 year contract, but better to have pricing locked in for 3 years IMHO...
Anyhoo it's funny that you asked that just as I'm checking with Dish. They have NESN, but apparently not SNY...
