Since I can’t send a message I’ll have to ask here. Has the PM option been disabled? When I click on the envelope, I don’t see the choice to Start A Conversation.
 
Thanks for clarifying - wasn't sure if I was just going mad from all this March Madness, and was simply imaging that there used to be a button to start new private conversations!
