How come these academic standards never seem to be an issue in basketball? Genuinely curious.

In Storrs, enabling admission of 3, 5, 8 or so academically average or below applicants of 13 total prospective hoopsters may be easier than 30, 50 or so of 85 total scholarship gridders. That's a good point. I was thinking that was probably the case. or at least that what makes the most sense lol
