Weird watching Duke get run - doesn't happen very often.
 
If u defend the three, duke is this bad. Remember, all their shooters are short and need open looks. No Nolan or singler out there
 
Sully would be an even greater college PF next to a player like Drummond. I'm not convinced he will ever be an NBA star. He is not a very good defensive player, hell Plumlee made him his b@#$ a few times.

Rivers doesn't seem to be as good an athlete as say Ray Allen but he is smooth with the ball and has a great handle for a two guard. He also throws up a ton of junk and misses a ton of layups.

Craft is one of those pesky defenders that really all players should be like. He is not a great offensive player and is a pretty poor creative PG, but he makes the right plays.

Ryan Kelley is being exposed by a player that can play defense.

The starting Plumlee has actually surprised me.

BTW: Note to Calhoun, Lamb would destroy Duke with his floater.

Note to all: uconn always beats duke because calhoun's cajones are twice the size of k's
 
once uconn starts pushing the ball...they are going to be so much fun to watch...our half court sets are never amazing...also our potential defense is scary...OSU plays with the idea knowing sullinger is going to be double teamed...they drive and dish really really well...we have got to learn how to swing the ball like them...we always just pass it back to bazz and expect him to create...in this game everyone is driving...
 
btw i hope people watched the victoria secret fashion show over this game...hahaha

I'm not sure what's more exciting - the VS fashion show or watching Duke get walloped in prime time.
 
funny cause duke is down 20 most of the game and i havent heard dickie v screaming out "its blow out city" which he usually repeats a few times in blowouts. but not today:rolleyes:

Dickie V did have some nice things to say about AD. Surprised to hear some decent words about UConn out of his mouth
 
I don't know, these days the VS Fashion Show is more about weird costumes than it is about girls in lingerie. How I long for the days when Karen Mulder would strut the catwalk in a g-string, but I guess those days are gone.

Vitale sweats UConn all the time. Tonight he sounds like he's going to try to **** Sully though.
 
Vitale occasionally sweats uconn out of necessity... He sweats duke so hard, and uconn is dukes daddy, therefore he must sweat at certain times. vitale is not even worthy of discussion anyway. The point of my post is that we are dukes daddy and k's nightmare. Please let them be the 2 seed in our region, it would be Arizona style embarrassing come march
 
Through a degree of mental toughness, coupled with an increasingly bad case of tinnitis, I was able to actually just tune Dookie V right out. I didn't even have to mute the TV!

I think I achieved a kind of Nirvanah, last night.

Aaron Craft was called overrated on this board before the season. He looked damn good to me. 17 points, 8 assists, 0 turnovers, very pesky defense. Maybe not as overrated as some thought?
 
Did anyone catch when Dick said in the second half that this Duke team was UNathletic?!
 
Vitale can't let Coach K get too far away or he wouldn't be able to cup his balls. Wherever Duke is, Dukie V is........
