so basically you have no idea? the only logical thought of why he would retweet 50 (roughly) wisconsin fans tweets and 3 or 4 uconn tweets is because he was at the time not wanting to disapoint one fan base. Its the only thing i can come up with. If you can come up with a better reason then ill listen, if not then go back to your corner and get mad at the wall for not being open minded and logical

Why would he retweet a picture of a UCONN national championship ring that has the caption how many Diamond Stones in this?

Oh that's right because he already made up his mind and he is going to wiscy but just liked the picture. Stop trying to draw conclusions from tweets and retweets. Nobody knows where he is going, he very well could not know where he is going. Calm down and be patient until he decides and makes it public.

Smart. Ollie will tell him he does not need to sign a letter of intent ala D Ham. Like with any recruit I'll try not to get excited until he actually suits up for his first game.
