He tightens up the shooting, we have him 1 more.

He's not ready this year, unless he tears up the AAC tournament like he played tonight and then goes on to lead us to a FF run all the while averaging like 20/10/5. Then it would be hard to turn down the money.

He's going to be a lottery pick in a couple of years.

I just hope it's in 2017 and not 2016.

Next year we're realistically still a year away. If we roll into 2017 with seniors Brimah, Facey, and Purvis, junior Hamilton, sophomores Adams, Enoch, and Stone (see what I did there?), we could have our first wire-to-wire top 10 team in nearly a decade.

Really loved the aggression and the use of the floating bankers tonight. Special player soon, excellent rebounder for a wing, excellent!

His Junior year he will become a better DD.

He's almost there now. If he shot it as well he would have surpassed him already - heck he may have. Better rebounder, better ball handler, gets to the rim better and defends well for a frosh. Much better passer.

Better than Okafor, Gordon, Rudy? Definitely not.

As a freshmen he is having as much of an impact on the team as Okafor and definitely more of an impact than Ben or Rudy had as a frosh.

Okafor and Gordon were key players on a much better team than this one, as was Lamb.
Right but I thought we were just talking about individual player talent. Of course those teams were much better. They also had guys named Caron Butler and Kemba Walker leading them so...

We were talking about who had the biggest impact. Saying that Hamilton being a pretty good player on a bad team is a bigger impact than Okafor, who was one of the top freshmen in the country on a great team, is nonsense. And even if we weren't by what measure is Hamilton better than Okafor, Gordon, or Lamb? Hamilton is scoring just under 11/game with sub-40% shooting. He's not exactly blowing my skirt up.

This is ludicrous.

Stop while you are behind. First off, this thread is about appreciating the impact Hamilton has on this team. Secondly, his raw numbers as a freshman are much better than either Lamb, Gordon or Gay.
