DePaul Beats Texas A&M; On To Jackrabbits

Don't know if you saw, but DePaul beat Texas A&M 80-66, led by Megan Podkowa's 20 points and 18 rebounds (link below). Slight upset in terms of rankings, but solid win

BTW, the Blue Demons fly up to Brookings on Tuesday to take on the Jackrabbits of South Dakota State (8-2) and then take on Northwestern (9-0) upon their return to the Chicago area. Coach Bruno is keeping the pedal to the metal with his pre-conference schedule. Well done.

It was mostly in the 1st and 3rd quarters that Depaul took control of the game. Good for them. They gave UCONN one of the best challenges all year. I honestly think Depaul is close to, if not an actual, top 10 team. I'd like to see them face off against Oregon State or Mississippi State, 2 teams I think are over rated and not really top 10 teams...

I have watched many of the top 10 teams and I think DePaul is playing better than at least half of them. They should be ranked in the top 10, imo.
