Actually, I will be there quite a bit. My company has a corporate sponsorship. I won't be sitting around with the riff raff though. I'll likely be in whatever substandard box they're calling "luxury" there.

The area around Colt is going through a nice little rebirth too. Some nice apartments I believe in the complex and some nice condos you'll see going from downtown to Hartford hospital. Still a bad rep around there so I'm not sure about the occupancy rate but they're very nice. Just need the first brave round of folks to move in!
