I don't think Penn St was receiving any votes in the polls yet it's Net is pretty high. I'm sure this game will awaken some pollsters. I did a double-take when I saw Ace Baldwin Jr.
 
My take:
Alpha dogs. Liam for now and a couple in the wings: Nowell and Abraham. If we want a killer team we need to get the bench involved. Reed has the potential to be on "Wanted" posters as well. The double center was a good look. Steering the traffic into that tandem might be a little scary for the slashers. Old school short rotations will not be this teams strength. Very important: Alex will be the glue guy and looks like Liam is going to shine.

LOL. There is a video from a couple of weeks ago when Donovan went on a rampage blocking shots and the fans kept chanting "Cling-Kong, Cling-Kong" every time he went on defense. The young man has found a home out there!
 
What’s going on with UMass? They’re 3-6 with some rough losses

Rahsool Diggins had a solid year last year but is now averaging 12 points, 3 rebounds, 3 assists, 2 turnovers on 30% FG and sub-30% 3P

I would say great technical.

If there’s any time to make a small point it’s in a blowout where it doesn’t make an impact on the outcome, but maybe gets 1 player to draw less attention to themselves.

Didn’t they tee up a TCU freshman for saying something to the X bench after hitting a three? Refs aren’t messing around this year apparently.
 
I never knew exactly what that was supposed to mean. I think its a bad look because it simply looks like somebody shooting up. A lot of young people watching games. Who is to know it means "ice in the veins." Find another image.

That said, calling a technical is ridiculous on account of people having used it everywhere for more than a year along with other images (The telephone call, three fingers and circle etc.)
 
Tied 4-4 in the BE/BIG12 Challenge after Gtown loses at WVU. We need SJU and Hall to win at home to win the challenge 6-5 (unless butler can pull off the upset at Houston)

If I’m not mistaken I believe all 8 home teams have won so far. 3 games left and 2 are at Big East homes. Not likely Butler can pull that upset so you are correct, St. John’s and SH need to protect home court and the Big East will win the challenge.

UMass’ season is over. They’re 3-6 after dropping one by double digits to UMass Lowell…

Rahsool Diggins 6 points on 3-12 shooting (0-8 from 3). Not great
 
Kam Jones with 32 pts, 6 assists, 0 turnovers, 4 steals. The array of finishes he has around the rim is insane and he's a true point guard this season. He looks like the best player in the country. Marquette plays so damn fast.

Pitt escaped a resume-crushing Q3 loss @VaTech thanks to their only two minutes of good basketball all afternoon. Created a couple of turnovers to finally take a lead with 50 seconds left, then Lowe made all his FTs to hold on. Didn't cover the spread, but man, that loss would've been crushing to tourney hopes.

Creighton had a good showing against UNLV. But they barely won the second half. Still looked completely in control all game.

That center, King Jr is impressive.

Honestly it will be an accomplishment if they make the ACC tournament. The bottom 3 teams don’t get invited and they just lost to one of the other bottom feeders.
