Debating whether to go to USF game Wed.

Wife and I will be in Bradenton next week, going down to watch a couple of Pirates spring training games, play a round of golf or two. UConn is @USF on Wed. night. Given USF isn't any good, I wasn't figuring it would be a near sellout (it is) - and wasn't thinking of paying $92 for 2 tix, especially in a corner or in nosebleeds. Since UConn isn't coming to Pittsburgh, it's my only chance to see 'em this year.

On the off chance I can rationalize the cost to my wife, anyone have a connection to cheaper tix there? The resale sites I've checked are no bargain.

I agree you should be able to find scalped tickets that aren't very expensive. It's not like USF basketball is a huge sell down there.

So you spent all this money to go down to Bradenton to watch the Pirates in spring training and go golfing and you're worried about spending another, at most, $100 to go watch the Huskies for the only time you can this season? Not sure I understand that. How much were your flights? How much were the spring training tickets? How much is a round of golf? If your wife doesn't understand then leave her behind and go to the game!

My parents go to all the men and women games in Tampa. The get tix at box office the day of games that are great and sometimes cheap.
