"Led by these seniors, they're really focused on getting to a bowl," sophomore tight end Tommy Myers said. "We know we have to bring it to practice if you want to have a chance in the game, so I think they brought the energy and everyone has followed. It's been good. South Florida was a wake-up call for us. Going to Cincinnati was tough; they were a very tough opponent, and after that it was just 'OK, let's go, let's just come to work,' and sure enough it paid off."

The line from the article that really intrigued me: Garrett Anderson played one play at tailback and continued to work with the running backs in practice.

This has already been mentioned in other threads but hasn't gotten the attention it deserves. Clearly this is going to be a set-up for a trick FB passing play, right?

last Friday, when I saw #7 run in to the huddle, I said to my son, here it comes, a trick play. I was sure it was Anderson. Never figured out who #7 was until after I went home.

For GA to play, would he or Trey not need to change jersey numbers? I didn't think you could have 3 players with the same number on a roster.

If my thinking is correct (and it is often not), you'll know we have a trick play coming when one of them changes their number

Anderson wore #24 last week. He was in the backfield on a 2&8 play near the end of the first half. I think MikeDog is on to something.

Shireffs/Rutherford/Anderson triple option!
