Is there an NCAA rule against having two players named Darius and the initials D.A.? ;)

Didn’t Donyell and Donny Marshall both have “D.Marshall” on the back of their jerseys at one point or am I making that up?

I will second this based on personal experience. 90% from the line in practice and 50% in games.

I could be wrong but they both wore, “Marshall” on their jerseys initially. A few games later they added the first initial so that it was, “D. Marshall” for both which obviously didn’t help. And then that was changed to, “Dyl Marshall” and “Dy Marshall”.
 
Hoping we get him just so we don’t have to play against him. Historically, we’ve had trouble with Darii. Although it’s been 20 years since that’s been an issue, so maybe it’s time to let it go.

He didn't say 'current'. He said 'in history'.

That said, only staff I could think of off top of my head that's arguably better is K's 90s group. Six EEs, five , 3 second place, 2 NCs.

I just don’t think we’d take him, Thomas, AND Mullins. Hopefully we get a Thomas commitment before September and Mullins is visiting in a few weeks. We’ll see how things shake out but Adams would be third on that list for me.

any three of mahaney / nowell / thomas / adams / ball would make for a really small three guard lineup
