I feel bad for posting mean comments about Blaney's coaching ability, because Calhoun can't get these guys to play well either.

We get few open looks and miss the ones we do get. No flow. Overdribbling. Poor passing. Bad hands. Dumb shots. Etc.

1) AWFUL half court offense. It's either SN or Lamb going one on one. Just painful to watch.
2) It feels like Tenn has had a million offensive rebounds.
3) At times, Napier is a terrible defensive player.

After missing 3-4 shots at a time from 2-3', I'm surprized they are shooting as high as 33%.

Time to abandon the half court offense and press them. I can't wait to see the rebounding stats at halftime especially the offensive ones. That's the stat of the game.

How did Roscoe miss that? Unbelievably bad offensive performance by the entire team this half.

Luckily Tennessee has never met a terrible shot they didn't like.

I keep telling myself that this a young team and its only January. It doesn't seem to be doing any good. This team has either regressed or just wasn't that good to start with. Terrible half court offense, but that's an old story. No inside game to speak of, just catch and shoot. Lamb may be thinking about his NBA paycheck already. Shabazz clearly not yet a polished point guard.
It's January and this is a young team.

I would like to see more Oriakhi. He's playing pretty aggressively, just some shots aren't falling. Gotta let him keep the momo going. Shabazz trying too hard...you gotta look for your teammates!

I think we're too used to seeing lopsided rebounding. We're ahead of Tennessee in points, rebounds, assists, steals, and free throws, guys. And fewer TOs and fouls.

They only had 6 turnovers, they caused Tenn to have 10 turnovers, they are holding Tenn to 33% 3 pt shooting.

The problem is UConn is only shooting 33% and missed a lot of bunnies.

This is really hard to watch. They do so many bad things in the course of a short period of time, it's incredibly frustrating.
