Gota love all the different opinions after this loss.......

"This was UConns National Championship this year of course they won..."

"UConn played a perfect game and we had our worst...."

The reason they won is easy now that I saw the 2 teams on the same court (and I am sorry for thinking the Cuse zone was that good because it's not)........UConn is soooo much faster at the guard position it's unbelievable. Triche looks slow and couldn't get good looks on the perimeter, MCW was picked early as I thought he would be and was relatively quiet until the end of the game.......we won the battle of the loose ball because we had faster people out there. Even Giffey and DD were faster than the Cuse bigs.........

That team is highly overrated and UConn helped prove that to everyone. As they said over there they got beat on the board by a bunch of "scrubs"....these dopes don't realize what that says about their guys.

This is such a great win for so many reasons, I am so happy for KO, the players, the fans. And in the end..........

F CUSE..........hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha..........and their fans!! Beautiful night of sleep ahead!!

Their board is the biggest bunch of mouth breathers. The university should be embarrassed they represent them in any way.

They can say whatever they want. At the end of the day we were the better TEAM. Also, Ollie coached the pants off boehiem.

Funny was just looking at the stats and thinking about how they said "UConn played a perfect game tonight..." Huskies had 18 TO's and the Cuse 10......okay how can I argue with that dope? LOL:eek:

we beat a Sweet Sixteen program, no big deal

they still can't over the fact that we caught them, passed them and now view then in our rear view mirror

they still reminisce about the 1980's, and that great rivalry with Georgetown

Someone on their board posted that the only way UConn gets to the Final Four this year is if they buy tickets.

Ummmm..... Yeah! The NCAA kind of pronounced that nearly a year ago.

The thing is.....I believe that the only way that lackluster Orange team gets there is if they buy tickets....

Melo isn't walking through that door. Syracuse bought its only championship with that mercenary, there won't be another one. Maybe they can get voted the Helms Championship again, it seems to be a big deal over there.

the only way Cuse gets past the Sweet Sixteen is with Melo, and he's long gone

walked in the door with his talent too

that zone doesn't get anybody ready for the NBA (why do kids still go there, that's the mystery)

UConn had many turnovers and it seemed like Cuse got to every rebound until winning time in the second half. I thought UConn played fairly well but was a bit out of control at times (ex - Boatright's weird travel in the first half around half court). UConn won because they hit their outside shots. Cuse lives by the zone and dies by the zone. Tonight, they died by the zone.

Maybe they can win another Helms title?

btw we out rebounded them... Also they're constantly overrated and no one who has played at cuse has ever developed into a stud (carmelo was a top pick already_

Well, they have TWO Helms championships. And lacrosse. How can KO recruit against that?

Coach Boeheim is certainly an elite coach (not talking about his disturbing lack of a moral compass here) but even though he recruits long players to play his zone and they execute it very well, they rely far too much in the zone, which is why they become vulnerable in the NCAAs. Teams with the guard quickness, poise and interior finishing skills to beat the zone will always pose a big matchup problem. Against other teams it can and has been very effective. Ironically, if Melo, had stayed eligible, they likely would have had the best chance of anyone to knock off Kentucky last year

After Uconn starting raining wide open 3's on them in the second half, it might have served Syracuse well to switch to man defense. Our drive and kick was killing them.

What is the main Cuse board? I could use some more entertainment.
