Culture and dynasty

At a meeting today I found a copy of yesterday's NYTimes sports section which had a front page story on the similarities of Gino and Gregg Popovich, their programs and culture that they've instilled in their programs. They stress standards, work ethic, attitude, standards about people, 'making them feel responsible for each other', and 'manage to have the culture outlast the talent.'
