The problem is she has to clear waivers. All it takes is one team to claim her, and she's gone.I really think (hope) The Lynx will call her to replace one of the 3 unava

did he have those 3 players at the same time in their prime for 8 years?Do you really think Geno/CD win 11 NC without Bird, Taurasi, Tina, Maya, Stewie - who will all be Hall of Famers?

Then again, I believe that it was Minnesota that got the # 8 and # 13Looks like it.
Fact 1. You know darn well UConn WBB career is 4 years, except for extra Covid.did he have those 3 players at the same time in their prime for 8 years?
Ive always said Reeve did not like Dangerfield bc of her size. After winning ROY in the bubble the very next season she went to find a replacement an older vet without any offensive regiment who just dribbles the ball 20 of the 24 sec shot clock as proof.
That’s probably going to end up helping the situation by creating more spots.I think this is a league that is struggling to manage their last collective bargaining agreement - which was seen as a big win for players - no one anticipated all the ramifications of the combination of hard caps and max contracts. The max contracts eat away at that cap quickly so teams struggle to fit 11 players under the cap let alone 12.
This is going become even more of a nightmare once the league starts enforcing the overseas commitment rules and half a roster of veterans may be declared ineligible.
Doubt it. Supply and Demand problem for the WNBA. People are not obligated to pay to watch the WNBA.If the WNBA is run as a totally independent business entity without some of the financial backings from the NBA, would it have survived all these years?
Is that a serious question? If the WNBA is run as a totally independent business entity without some of the financial backings from the NBA, would it have survived all these years?
Are the WNBA "suspensions" and hardships just creative accounting? If the Lynx resign Danger, what would her salary be? Less than last year? Thanks. No team picked her up. I am willing to bet she is re signed with the Lynx with a hardship exception.
What are the time lines of these hardship exception signings? Before first game? Any time in season? No team picked her up. I am willing to bet she is re signed with the Lynx with a hardship exception.

just want to know how "great" Reeve has done since Whalen, Moore, and Augustus left. Since you know she is a great hc?Fact 1. You know darn well UConn WBB career is 4 years, except for extra Covid.
Fact. You know darn well Geno/CD do not win 11 NC without the future HOF talent they had. Geno/CD know it.
Fact. After the UConn recent loss in the 2022 NCAA championship, Geno said that UConn had the more talented team in 10 of his 11 NC. Those teams had POY and/or AA.
Complaining about the Minnesota coach winning 4 WNBA titles with future HOF is ridiculous - unless you are going to complain about Geno/CD winning NC with future HOF and multiple AA.
Anyone hating on the Minnesota coach because Dangerfield was waived needs to look in the mirror.
She's playing for Indiana. No team picked her up. I am willing to bet she is re signed with the Lynx with a hardship exception.
