Good things- Our freshman don't suck and they have nice ft shooting strokes.

Bad news- We still don't guard the 3 point shot at all, don't run much of anything in the half court.

When Alterique gets comfortable and he and Jalen get their rhythm, they're going to be a disgusting back court. Larrier looks very good. Cobb needs some work, but the way he's using his size to make room for himself is good to see. If we can get him a half way decent hook, he'll be great down low.

Cobb is terrible. Whaley should be the starter with Mamadou and Carlton first bigs off the bench.

Bro Cobb has more rebounds than the rest of the bigs combined...and you want someone who weighs 190 lbs to start at center? You've gotta be kidding me.

Well that was a gritty first 1/2. Not a bad start for a very young team. UConn is going to have to be grit grinders this year and really try to out work teams to make up for their lack of talent. Need to keep working in the 2nd 1/2.
