I’ll say it again, for the 100th time this season. Continuing to let Jackson take this many shots is almost guaranteeing a loss. Doomed us against X, doomed us today. Um, there’s a reason they are leaving you this open!!!

And Danny just keeps letting it happen, game in and game out. What an AWFUL coaching exhibition.

Soooo the difference in the game was that god awful call where Kalk had BOTH feet in the restricted area and Sanogo should’ve had an and-one. Am I missing something here? Seemed clear as day. Regardless Sanogo still thoroughly outplayed him, but sadly got neutralized when they could just pack the paint by not guarding Andre - that has to change

What a fun game to watch. That was a good one

Feels like we did everything right. Won the boards, crushed the offensive boards, got a few starters into foul trouble, won the 50/50 balls, and won the marquee individual matchup. Just missed too many shots that we should have made

Adama has gotten a lot of heat this season, but it’s amazing how he can go toe to toe with the BE DPOY, against a defense that is solely designed to stop him, and still destroy that matchup. He’s a special player even though his FG% wasn’t great

Andre played into Creighton’s hands on offense. 3-11 shooting including 0-4 on threes, including several shots down the stretch that weren’t really close. Not sure what he was thinking on that final play

We’re a couple inches away from being in OT right now. Tough game for everyone not named Sanogo. Overall, I don’t feel horrible. That was a great game. Gotta win out from here to put ourselves in a good position in March, let’s get it!

There are games that AJ is going to be playable starter minutes in, and games he needs to get 15 mins. If we are facing a well coached team....Xavier, Creighton, Providence...he's going to be a glaring weakness. We'll see if Hurley comes to terms with this.

Jackson’s issues were literally in a 3.5 minute span. His Defense and rebounding kept him on the floor.

Sacrificing offense is undoable in the last 5 minutes of close games. Problem was Alleyne was not giving us anything on offense either, though his a threat the D has to respect.

Tough game, played well overall, especially on D.
Newton was absent today, and we felt it.

That was a very winnable road game against a good team, and they it let slip through their hands. This has been a multi-year theme now, to the point where it’s no longer a coincidence.

We saw all of Hurley’s bad traits today. Newton and Jackson were negatives on both sides of the ball, yet they barely came out of the game. Then, with three minutes to go and the game slipping away, he decides to bring in Diarra and Alleyne.

Hurley isn’t that young of a coach anymore - time for him to look in the mirror and figure some things out.

As I said yesterday, I wasn’t expecting a favorable whistle today. Shooting was brutally bad though so that’s where the game was lost.

That was just a cap to the game. Good stuff there.

Hurley, do you want to win, or do you want this kid to like you? Because you can’t have both at this point. Make a decision, and if you make the wrong one, be prepared for the consequences for your team.
